Hi everyone, we have a newly built mall, right next to Club StarDust, ready for all you eager designers to fill with your best wares. We have a variety of shop sizes..from large 2 storey shops to small open fronted units..so I'm sure you will be able to find something to suit you.
Tariffs as follows:
Large 2 storey shop: 1000L per wk for 200 prims
or one floor in shop: 500L pr wk for 100 prims
Corner open unit: 375L pr wk for 75 prims
Open unit: 250L pr wk for 50 prims
We don't have campers here, the traffic is genuine traffic on the sim from guests visiting the club, and we will have special events to draw ppl to the sim, which will further enhance traffic.
