WaterWorld Mall is more than a place to shop, it's a place to enjoy shopping at, while being able to shop at some of the best shops in SL to shop at, which is why I am being very selective to whom I invite into the mall. We feel so passionately about getting the best of the best, that all shops are landing spot visible, and will remain that way no matter what!
Many worry about traffic, and I can safely tell you traffic has been on the steady increase since we had opened. With the implementing of raffles in January, and some of the widely known shop names here, that should speak for itself traffic wise. If not, we also have games such as Zyngo, and may be opening up an innovative event schedule (other than the one currently), which will include scavenger hunts and gaming events for people to participate in. An ideal system that we are trying to implement is if all the shop owners provide a free gift at their shops, which has proven to not only add to people going to the shop, but also people buying things from the shop, and then checking out the main store.
Some history on the owners Trent Admiral and Herry Maltz, basically we are here to provide an excellent shopping experience for the community, as well as one that benefits the shop owners. I can't tell you how many times I've went somewhere, such as a mall, and discovered that there was two or three shops that I was only interested in. My vision is to get some of the best designers into this shop space, so provide an all around excellent shopping experience for both the owner and the visitors to the area. We are both very dedicated to this project, and we have no plans to shut down, as some have asked that previously. The only time t hat things might get a bit bumpy, is when we fill up the mall, and if all goes well, we may expand. This does not mean that the mall will turn into a non landing spot area. I will design the new mall, down the road when we get to that point, where all shops, including the new ones we add, will be visible from the landing spot. At this time I cannot present a timeline, but I can tell you it is way in the future. Estimates indicate to us that it could happen around May or June of next year, but again that is an estimate.
We have two different size shops. Below is the base pricing and availability.
30x30 Shops (100 Prims) - 750L/Week

14x14 Shops (50 Prims) - 350L/Week

We are negotiable with the prices to an extent, on a specific term basis, so if you feel you want to pay a different amount, feel free to contact one of us and we will try to reach an agreement price wise that works for you and us both.
