The sim has already been developed and monies that are obtained from residents and businesses are breaking even on the tier fee, the reason for sale is that I am going to be away from SL for some time, hence the sale.

Please make offers and account for the goodwill as well thank you.

The half sim is fully rented out! Money is paid by a rent bot system that can be changed to your name upon sale thanks :D
