I am the Owner of Club Erotic Edge, W have relocated to a new class 5 sim thats very low lag, We have good steady flow of traffic and an established customer base .
We hold paid events each day where the shops are mentioned several times throughout the events. We also allow our vendors to sponsor my events usually in giving away items they sell, or gift cards to there stores. We provide a ad board during the events for the sponser to advertise there store, and provide a raffle machine to give away items in.
We are currently renting shops at 200L/week for 40prims . RENT 2 WEEKS GET 2 WEEKS FREE -- VALID THROUGH 2-16-08 ONLY!!!!!! --
