Please read the conditions carefully:
* This area is for newbies. That's why the sales prices MUSTN'T BE OVER 50L$!
* No Resellers are allowed
* No guns, no slotmachines, no pornographic materials, no scripts (Visitor counters, Lucky chairs, Online tracker, Dancepads, blinking lights, laggy vendors etc) please. USE OF FLOATING/HOVERING TEXT IS NOT ALLOWED!
* The tenants with empty shops would be evicted after 2 days.
the prices are as followings:
* 1. & 2. week: 1L$/week with 10 prims
* 3. & 4. week: 25L$/week with 15 prims
* 5. & 6. week: 50L$/week with 20 prims
* 7. & 8. week: 50L$/week with 20 prims
* There are no obligations! That means you can move out after 2 weeks if it doesn't work for you!
All the shops are very beautiful and futuristic looking, 100 sqm with windows and doors.
The rentalboxes are locked so you can't pay until the owner "Nick Reve" is there. Come to the reception and let us know so we can unlock the box.
