I would just like to inform in-world residents of how good the customer service at Last Call is. *insert sarcastic tone*

While experiencing a misunderstanding, I was talking to the owner via im. She was practicing her bait and switch techniques which I must say need work. While trying to redeem a gift card, in the manner requested on the notecard stating the terms and rules, I received an im stating something completely different. While trying to sort it out I was told that I had to wait in line as once she answered one im she moved on. She seemed to have moved on without much thought about the current customer. I'm not even upset about losing out on the 6 outfits which are rightly mine, but more on principal. If you want to adhere to a certain policy .. said policy should be clearly stated on the notecard about redeeming gift cards. This is not the case however and I feel that everyone should be made aware of it. *Looks for SL BBB* If you are interested in the conversation of such wonderful customer service .. plz feel free to im me in world.
