I now share an office with a 60 something year old from Kansas. It take him about 3 minutes to complete a thought. Its driving me crazy. I want to shake him and say "GET TO THE POINT"

Beau.. I have a coworker with similar annoying traits. They just need to be properly trained and everything will work out.
Keep a spray bottle with water near your desk and when he begins to stray from his thoughts, spritz him with some water to bring him back inline. _____________________
