No, not Gor or the FIC. I started CoH last weekend and just wondered if any SLers have a friendly, active SG.

i know there is a small group of SLers who also play CoH/CoV (including myself), but i'm not sure about if there's any SLer originated SGs out there.

there was also a thread awhile back about who had what characters and on what servers.. speaking of, that's a good place to start.

what server(s) are you on?

i still think it would be cool to get everyone together on the same server and start a SL SG on CoH.. and maybe one in CoV as well.

by the way, i usually play on Infinity as NetherShift.. but he's already in an SG that's non-SL related.

anybody up for this idea? if so, i propose that we all start new characters and get a SuperGroup going on some server that's yet to be determined.

United Metahumans was started to be a supergroup, but we never really got "off the ground", so to speak.

Specifically, UMH Is for "self-made" super heroes: rather than idolize existing heroes created by DC or Marvel, we try to come up with new characters. i guess you could call them "Indie" heroes.

Cybin, I'm on Infinity as Vudu Suavage (highly original, yesno?). He was raised by highly educated mongeese, so he has an over-examined attraction/repulsion complex with snakes. I also have a character on Freedom, since it's usually the most active. I'm all for getting a SL SG together, or if your group is cool, get me an invite ;D. I'm basically just looking for a friendly crew that actually adventures together sometimes, rather than one that uses the SG as a chat channel to insult each others' mothers.

Vudu, i'll have to look for you whever i'm on Infinity, but it's funny you mention Freedom.. i was actually thinking of using that for an SL SG!

in any case, the SG i'm in is The Profesional Eliminators.. and i can invite you,.. i'm in the upper ranks. i've earned gobs of prestige for the group.

i think maybe (when i get around to it.. soon, hopefully) i'll start a new character on Freedom and work on starting su[ergroup..

Yay! I have a hero on the Freedom server. Currently, a few of us are concentrating on evil deeds though and playing CoV on the Infinity server.

SL players in CoX

Well tehres about half a dozen of us or so playing CoV on guardian. The SG was originaly started long before I'd heard of SL but it died out and I was the only one left.

You're all invited to come look us up there, we've got a decent base established (workshop, teleport system, hospital, supercomputer) And prety much range in lvl from about 6 to 38 (I Just dinged 38 tonight on my MM woot!) I can be found under the names of Bone Baby and Fist of Anubis, you can also talk to Taconator, Night Zenith, and hrmm lol I forget otehr names now.

sounds like the Guardian villain SG died out, yes?

and the Metaverse Vanguard has been started on Freedom for Heroes.. which, Freedom makes sense.. you know, "Your World, Your Imagination" and all..

so, looks like i'll either use a ready-made hero, or a new one.. either way, i'll come back to this thread and let you know what name i'm using and i'll try to hook up with the Metaverse Vanguard.
