Hello people. I personally suggest the Kiersey Temperament Sorter, the baby brother to the full blown Myers Briggs Type Indicator. It can be found here:

If you get a yen to understand more about the Myers Briggs, I'd buy Please Understand Me II. There are also scads of books on how these personality preferences influence relationships, both in your personal life and in the workplace. I'd be glad to give people recommendations on how to learn more about it.

Oh, and if you've never read any Jung, do.
