Hmmm... while terms like "rez" are derived from Tron and are used in other computer environments, we do have a lot of SLop culture. (Waiting for others to contribute richly here!)

Every Virtual World, MMO, or online group has its own set of words and terms for different things. The size and age of each group determines the complexity of their private lingo.
Someone should do a linguistic research on the mutation of language in online social enviroments. |
