I guess you missed the part back in '94 I believe. She was the president of the Texas Bar Assc. and tried to get the National bar Assc. to revisit the abortion issue. I'm pretty sure the confirmation panel won't overlook that bit of history.

I got a traffic ticket once many years ago, and appealed it. The judge in that case took all of 30 seconds to totally ignore my point and render me guilty.
She was on the short list of candidates to be nominated. I'm kind of sad she wasn't, I figured i could always bring that up in the event i'm arguing a case at the supreme court. |

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Suckers! The best part about her nomination is the conservatives who are losing their mind. Some conservatives have even begun uttering the "F" word.
