Its the judge's job to preside over his/her court. The judge should be paying full attention to what is going on during a trial. If he was seen reading a paper, sleeping or playing with a Gameboy it would be just as bad. I'd like to hear his explanation for why he needed to bring a penis pump into the courtroom.
