...are out today. Someone reported improved performance and stability with the earlier beta set, so if you have an ATI graphics card you may want to give that new driver a shot. Hopefully this time they really have done their homework. But also hope dies last, and there still is some, since Catalyst 7.11.

Yes, I installed those drivers yesterday late at night and I will try them in SL today afternoon after I am back from work.

I tried them:
1. No more weird starshape clouds. Good. 2. VBO can be now enabled without problems (spikes on graphic). Good. 3. It is still slow performance after 2-3 minutes of playing. Frame rate drop to 1 fps. Bad. |
