Support ticket not being answered

I dont know where else to put this, but i had an issue with the Lindenx system like a good week ago. I had bought some lindens and had a lag issue and was double charged for the purchase but only received the lindens for one purchase. I put a support ticket up and its been a week and the ticket still sits new and no ones touched it.

You can go back to the Support Ticket you did and it has an option, I don't rem what it is called, but leave more comments to the one submitted. They usually take care of it. Did you add the copied and pasted info from your Transaction page in My Account too? It's the holidays? I'm sure they are busy, but they usually do fix it for you, if there was a problem.

Maybe I've just been lucky since I've only had a very few situations where I needed to contact support for anything. Twice for issues concerning either Lindens being lost or real money being lost.........both times the issues were corrected within minutes of a phone call to LL. I didn't submit a ticket...........I called them on the toll free number provided on the support page of the website. But on other issues, such as lost items or the such they are very much less stellar in their response.

Try a phone call.
