A friend of mine has following problem: She tried to run SL on her Win2k laptop (old laptop at that), and every times she gets this error message: "The procedure entry point GetRawInputDeviceInfoW could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll."
Now I know the obvious solution would be getting a new comp and all that, but does anyone know how to fix this issue?

That's an DirectX issue. (Re-)install DirectX 9.0c and I guess all will work pretty well again. If you have 9.0 c already on your system use this tool http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4347.html to rollback your current DirectX version to a previous and then reinstall 9.0c

I believe there's also a problem due to quicktime not providing support for W2K too
