Hey guys,

I need your helps.. I forgot my account password.. I just opened that account to ask someone if s/he can help me..

I clicked the "forgot password" and the team sent me an email to reset my password but they are asking for names of my 3 friends or my linden account.. Unfortunatelly i dont remember both

because it was such a long time that I was not online here...

Can someone help me pls if you guys have any idea? My account name is Melin Magic.. (that is the account which I forgot its password)

I think when she said "linden account" she meant "linden account balance". That sounds like an identity verification question I've heard of before.

I'd file a ticket from the account you used to make this thread, explaining the situation in full detail, asking if there are any other account verification procedures to follow.

I'd also call them.

I have the same problem

I was on here so long ago I remember nothing about this site at all.
My old name was Kaoru Reinoir, but I can't remember my password at all. Upon requesting it I was asked what about I was last billed from Linden, but I was never billed because at the time I didn't have a check card or paypal account. So I entered zero, but it tells me it's wrong. The last name I chose back then is no longer available, so I'd really like to get my account back. What can I do?

Perhaps that is what I misremembered as Linden account balance. Although the balance might be a reasonable question even if your balance changed, since if you got it right it would provide some confirmation, and the Linden staff have access to your transaction history and can see if you got the amount prior to this or that transaction.

Of course, that something is perhaps a bit absurd does not mean that it is not LL policy.

I didn't have a check card or paypal account. So I entered zero, but it tells me it's wrong.

I have the same problem.. I bought Linden with a credit card once and it was for 10$ but i dont know 10$ is equal how much Lindens.. I tried to buy linden for this account with 10$ and it is equal 2551 Lindens.. I wrote this balance to reseting password but it gave me the msg which is wrong..
