Hey guys, just cancelled my second life account because it just wasn't for me. But when i cancelled it, i noticed the rate changed from FREE to USD$11.59 Basic*. What does this mean???

It really doesn't matter.
Your account is canceled. To make sure you will have no future problems, go delete your billing information.
