Preceeding this, this is what happened:
I tried to equip a HUD but the hud didn't show up and it didn't equip. I couldn't put anything else on so I relogged. I try to log back in and it says login failed. No 'despite our best blah blah' or 'wait until blah blah' just....login failed.
How do I fix it?

Log in are failing for me as well, tried different locales, still fail!.

Yep same issue here. I think SL is broke?
Lets hope it gets fixed soon
