If you do, the votes you received during that event are *toast*. As in, gone. As in never received.

If someone else is using the location after you, put a big box around your booth and leave it there til the next day.

can a Linden please make an "event voting booth" ?

Like the normal voting booths, but --

Before an event starts, a Linden would go to the booth and tell it who the Host is. From that point until such time as the Linden goes back to the booth and resets it, all votes taken would be credited to said Host.

One at the Amp would really be a Good Thing. Anywhere else that has a lot of events, as well.

And yes, both Jack and I removed our voting booths after our events. We've talked with Frank, and he's going to try to get us credited for the votes we received Saturday night. Twas our own "stupidity", but something Good can come of it, because now we all know we need a special Event Voting Booth =)

An alternate form of "event vote booth" could be one where the owner could give it a command that would cause it to submit it's data. I am of course assuming that the way voting booths work is that at a certain time they all submit their data to some central source or something.
