okay I had SL running then my hard drive crashed and I had to get a new one and it doesn't work anymore. Can anyone help? I run on Vista.

Most likely when you replaced your hard drive you didn't update your drivers............probably you didn't update much of your software either. It's tedious, but you must not only reinstall every program, you must update those programs too.........drivers are programs.
