First time in about a month since I'd played, my password was not accepted. I called support and they changed my password for me, but when I tried that, still not acceptable in game. I was told this is a now-common problem. I changed the password again myself, was still not accepted. HELP someone, the support number is not taking calls, just answering and hanging up.

I had the same thing happen to me also. I entered my password, and just after it was starting to load up, I received the message that reads "Login Failed." What's going on?

Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you resolve it? Do you have to feed your dogs before you get on here to make sure they don't miss a meal?

the most obvious question here is, did you have capslock on, password is case sensitive.

Nope, did not have caps on; SL still does not accept my password, and I verified it as the correct one with SL help.
What's going on?
