I'm running a PowerBook G4 - before the upgrade to 1.3 I had my display settings running soooo smoothly, now that I downloaded the new version my settings have been reset and I've had to fiddle with it to get the way I want it...and I'm still not there. Anyone have any settings ideas to ensure max performance with best display?
Thanks

Hi Smoke!
I have a Aluminum Powerbook G4 15" 1GHZ with the ATI Radeon 9600 64 MB VRAM and 768 RAM. I run with all the check boxes checked (local lighting is the BOMB!), but draw distance at 64-128 depending on what I'm doing. I find that helps a lot. Also set your network speed a bit slower than you think it is -- I have broadband and set it below the 300 mark. You'll notice that changes a few numbers below the radio buttons to optimize performance. AGP acceleration should be off, IMHO. Your mileage may vary.
