I prefer to use skype when talking with my partner in SL, but everytime now when i'm in SL and we connect on skype SL crashes!!!! So we decided to try the SL voice, enabled it, smaething, SL crashes tootsweet!! i have tried everyting cause i have been crashing along time and get NO help from the lindens i have written 2 tickets.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!
I have reinstalled,uninstalled, dumped files, i have done everything i was told to do from SL lindens whoever answers the tickets. Still I crash trying any voice. HELP!!

I don't use voice or Skype while using SL so my suggestion may be out the window. Try updating your sound drivers. I have a question too...........can you listen to music (or any audio) streams while in SL? If you can maybe try disabling that feature when you want to use Skype.

ty Peggy for your suggestion, we will try the sound drivers once we know how to do it, and i always have those off,audio and video, never use those.
