Strange Issue

Ok I've only notice this happening in one sim - and I have asked others if they are this similar issue who go to this sim and everyone I've asked said no.

What happens is they have this very nice grass/rock terrian texture which at random times changes to a dull ugly sand texture. It never changes back and the only way I can fix it is either leave the sim and come back, restart or turn on and off AA filter.

Anyone have a similar issue and or know how to resolve this?

Maybe clear your cache? It might be trying to load 2 different textures for that sim?
