Server down?

I tried to log in this morning. During the connection process, the program halts at "Verifying protocol version", then reports:
"Unable to connect to Second Life.
"The server may be down.
"Please try again in a few minutes."

So is the server down? Or am I missing something?

It's down for an upgrade to SL 1.3
