I logged on today and my head was chocolate brown! Does anyone know what's going on with this? I've cleared the cache, rebaked, etc. with no luck. My Second Lab skin has worked flawlessly forever and I have no idea what is going on.

Might be the palletised textures thing.
Untick it in the debug menu:
Advanced menu --> Rendering --> Features --> Palletized Textures
and see if it makes a difference.
