I have a skirt that has a slanted grid and I don't think it's supposed to be that way.
How do I upright the grid. Even the rotation ball is slanted. I think those triangles with the arrows did this, but I don't know how to correct it.

Change the Ruler Mode in the Edit window.

What do I change it to and why is it slanted? The blue line should be straight up and down, correct?

If you want it like you see when you rez a prim when starting building, you'll need to change it to World. Just experiment with it and see if you can get it the way you want.
