Logged out when teleporting

Hi all

I keep getting logged out when trying to teleport. I have tried the advice in support without succes.

any clues?

I have the same problem. It started this past wednesday if I remember correctly. It does not seem to be version or area specific as I have logged into several areas and had this problem. I also updated my version and am continuing to have the problem.

If I attempt to teleport, it eventually times out and I am disconnected.
If I attempt to move to a neighboring sim I end up flying/walking/etc slowly off the map until it finally disconnects me
If I stay in the sim I logged into I eventually get disconnected
if I log into my last location it logs into my last location before this started, regardles of how many times I have forced it to log me into differant areas.

I made no changes to my computer that I am aware of before this started happening.

I became a paying member because I enjoyed sailing, but that is very difficult when I am stuck in whatever sim I logged into for a limited period of time. unless someone assists with some troubleshooting or recognizes this issue I'll be forced to cancel my account, not because I dislike SL, but because it is unplayable.

Same problem here, started today...anyone know how to fix this?

I guess we are not alone ... many peole on my site reportep this problem to me ... so we again have to wait for LL to do sth ....

my hubbie keeps tping when hes walking at our shop or he can be any where an hes not hit tp an it all sudden tps him lmao hes had a linden check in to so lets hope some thing comes outa it

I had this problem last week, help told me to reinstall the client, which I had already done, ended up doing it 3 times.... help couldn't help me, I finally (with the help of friends) pinpointed the problem for a temp fix. I asked help to restart that sim and then it worked fine.

Now if they could just keep the TPs going...... <sigh>

I think I found away around it.

Login, but force yourself to goto Pooley, afterwards you should be able to teleport around.

Yes, I could teleport to and from any place easily, but not Jouppi. Once there, I would be logged off trying to leave, whether I tried to TP, fly, or walk out. I just pray they won't do any more up(down)grades until they get the current one fixed and running smoothly (and once that happens, well if it's not broken, don't fix it). I wish they would let us go back to the older version - where I rarely crashed, rarely lagged. The new client is pure hell.

Wierd. Why that specific region made it work, i don't know. I had tried 3 or 4 other regions on login and none of them worked, so either there is somethign special about pooley or something was fixed behind the scenes.
