Hello!
I never managed to log in... I've got this error message: Vous avez des problèmes à vous connecter (= You've got problems to log in) Il peut s'agir d'un problème avec votre connexion Internet ou des serveurs de Second Life (= It may be a problem with your connexion or from the SL servers)
I checked my connexion and everything is okay. (my computer is new and my Internet quite fast...) I deleted my account and created a new one, which neither didn't work. So I downloaded again SL, and it still gives me this error message when it tries to connect to a region. I don't know what to do!! :O

You haven't posted your system information or connection type, so here's a guess.

The problem is not your account. If SL servers cannot connect to your computer it doesn't matter what account you use.

Try checking your firewall settings, and if you have one, your router's firewall settings. If the firewall is blocking SL you will have to change that.

Another cause could be if you are getting internet access through for example a company or university, sometimes they block SL.

Thanks... But in fact, I'm using a MacBook OS X, so there's no firewall. And I try to connect at home. :S
