I don't understand. It won't let me log in. For the last hour it has been saying : Log in failed. System is logging you out now. Your account won't be available until.. and then 5 minutes from the time I tried again:

For some reason your avatar hasn't logged out of game. I know cause it happened to me tonight and some friends on TeamSpeak said I still showed as logged in. I just came back I wanna say an hour or so later and a buddy let me log his account to see if I could log ingame and worked just fine. So something must have happened or I must have seriously bugged out cause I am still showing online when I am not. lol

If you can contact the sim owner or manager you can ask them to reset the sim.
If it's a mainland, Linden owned sim, I think you should be able to file a support ticket for that, since you can't use your account. Generally this will get corrected over time, but sometimes it's a matter of minutes and other times it takes days or more, based on what I've read. _____________________

It's not a specific sim it's the crappy game. I managed to finally log in hours later and was on another island when I logged briefly to do some stuff and can't get back in it again. lol Fun game, but all the bugs it has in it reminds me of an SOE MMO.

I'm currently getting "Login failed. Unable to connect to a simulator." I see in the status page that 500 regions where rerouted. I've tried different regions, even my old standby Balance and still can't get in. Anyone else having issues? Did a linden trip over a patch cable again?

I'm currently getting "Login failed. Unable to connect to a simulator." I see in the status page that 500 regions where rerouted. I've tried different regions, even my old standby Balance and still can't get in. Anyone else having issues? Did a linden trip over a patch cable again? Indeed. I was happily shopping when I got dropped. And the annoying "where's the simulator" error appears now for the past 15 mins. |
