Trying to start a group IM session to advertise events for our (admittedly large - 1200) group is always a failure. We get a message saying error starting a new chat session and then a dialogue box. I suspect that SL just can't cope with groups this large because I can start grou IM's with others. Any ideas?

I have a group of similar size and it has been failing for a week. I have filed a support ticket (5 days ago) and have not heard anything back. So, I feel your pain. |

I submitted a service ticket 2 days ago................two of my groups will not open session. Only 400 members

Old post I see but same issue group is new with 100 members haven't been able to use group chat yet. Started the group a couple of weeks ago still hasn't cleared up. Was LL able to help ? Submitted a support request too Ill post back if I hear anything!
