i apologize in advance if this subject has already been talked to death, but i've searched the forums and haven't found anything significant - has last name changing been considered for implementation?

i'd like to see this, and i'm sure most of the "married couples" in SL would as well..

It has been mentioned before and LL is working on the best way to implement it. We should see this sometime in the future.

Actually, had I known about the ability to change genders when i signed up, I would have named myself Pat instead of Patrick.

I too would like the ability to change my name.

Cubey is a cool name! Mine is not gender-specific. I planned it out. Well, I read about SL about 6 months before the Mac beta came out, so I had plenty of time to plan things.

People who know me may notice I have fewer numerals in my name than I orgionally did. All I had to do was ask nicely and they changed it.
