Ok, last night I was logged in and was almost done creating a house / gallery building type thing on my land in Freelon. I took a quick break from building and went cruising around the Outlands for a while, scouting potential new places to build.
When I was ready to get back into modelling my place and had teleported back to my location in Freelon, I saw that a lot (not all) of the objects that make up my building were out of place. It seemed like they had all uniformly shifted by 1 or 2 meters on each axis, all still in the correct formation but just offset to where I had originally placed them.
I asked somewhere nearby to check it out and see if they noticed anything out of place, but the person I asked said it looked fine to them. So I figured it was just a strange bug lingering in my client maybe. I logged off not realising the time (after 10pm PST) so obviously I could not log back in afterwards to check if my place was actually OK or not.
I'll be checking it out tonight after work when I log on, but I was just curious if anyone else has experienced something similar themselves? And also whether it was corrected by logging off & on again, or if you had to physically reposition the objects?

What client version are you using ?

This was common when teleporting with older versions of the client. It's a local problem that if you just wait a few moments the parts will move back into place. If your impatient you can log out and then back in to clear it up.
I havn't had a problem with the latest client and I teleport around alot since Daboom is on the other side of the world - the TeleportAgentHome function is a handy travel tool.
Hope this helps

Ahh ok.. At first I thought it was just a sync issue and if I waited it would go away. I did wait around for maybe 5 or 6 minutes, even flew across half the sim and came back, but to no avail. Probably just a bit of lag (haha, when is it not lagged, right?).
It's good to know that it'll probably be fine again once I log in tonight.
Cheers =)

Dave I get this too. Stopped with a few version and now is back but not a consistant problem. I also get this sometimes when I log in for the first time. I clear it up by teleporting somewhere else and then back to where I am visiting or building. It is strange.
