Login failed on numerous attempts.
The login gets to 'verifying protocol version' then;
'Unable to connect to SecondLife. The system may be down. Please try again in a few minutes, or click Help for advice and a link to system status web page.'
When l click help l receive a windows error window dialogue; 'Cannot find the file 'file:///C:%Program%Files%5CSecondLIfe%5Chelp%5Cunable_to_connect.html.Make sure the path or Internet address is correct'
When l manually go to the 'Grid status' on the SL webpage, it is showing as up.
Please advice.
I'm not a new user. Login last week was fine. No system changes since.
