Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore and skip this file. This happens for many files that go in this directory. I've closed Mozilla Firefox and made sure the process was killed during the installation, and it still throws this error. Retry doesn't work. I skipped all these files and the client seems to work, but are these files necessary for any reason? If so, what can I do to fix this error? |

This has been reported when some part of SL is still running in the background.
The "mozilla" in the message pertains to the embedded browser that the SL viewer uses, and shouldn't have any connection with your regular Firefox web browser.
You might try using Task Manager to check for processes running like secondlife.exe or other sl processes - I think one in slvoice - and close any sl processes before running the install.
Restarting the computer before running the installation ought to work also, I should think.
