Hello
Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I downloaded the new version of SL, when it asked me when i was signing in.
Now it will not load at all, When i click on the icon on my desktop it comes up with the crash report and then a windows message comes up saying that this program is not working etc.
If deleted it and downloaded it again but its still the same. It worked fine before i downloaded the new version.
Can any body help me with this?

i am having the same problem. Just got the update and it will not load, just brings up crash logger.

i even went as far as uninstalling then re-installing. still just brings up the crash logger

Hi I also had this problem and found this solution in the knowledge base which worked for me. Try clearing our your cache files , uninstalling Second Life and reinstalling
PS Maybe I should have included this info first sorry but here it is.
You have to fully uninstall and reinstall Second Life. To do this depends on which OS you use.
Go to the Knowledge Base / Help with Common Problems/General Help/ How do I fully uninstall and reinstall Second Life. This tells you how to clear cache files also.

I need help!

Im not sure why i cant connect in to SL it worked up untill yesterday
a message came up saying
Unable to connect with second life
Despite our best efforts someting unexpected has gone wrong
Can some one help me? I really dont know what to do.

This tells you how to clear cache files also. sorry dont help my problem. my thought is that is LL that have not remember to fit they latest release to work with the newest nvidia drive since my problem stated today and i updated my drive yesterday |
