Problem with my account

Hello, I have a problem with my account "Sagara Admiral" i know that is a respawn problem, i cant log in, so, I made another account and i can log in.

So, i think is a problem where is Sagara Admiral on the map.

Can admins change the respawn position on the map of Sagara Admiral?

Just so you know this forum is not technical support.......no Lindens even visit this forums o a regular basis. The only "official" technical support you will get is through a support ticket. We all here are just like you.......residents who, through experience with SL (plus some here are very real experts with computers, networks, etc), try to help people with problems.

That being said I don't think anyone can help you without some information about your computer, your problem, what you have attempted to do to solve your issue....etc. My first question is......what do you mean by you can't log in? Does the client simply crash? Hang at a specific point in the log in process? Give you an error message? Simply saying you can't log in is similar to saying you can drive your car........what does that mean?

A related question.......what is a respawn?

Only suggestion I have with so little information is clear your cache........or better yet delete the cache folder all together.

Geeeez Peggy. Seems pretty clear that her account is stuck in a sim. Happens a lot. Why would i matter what kind of computer she has?

Sagara try sending a few IMs from your new account to your stuck account. Sometimes that will cause the stuck account to log off. If you can, also try sending $1L to the stuck account. If it doesn't clear itself out withing a a couple hours then open a ticket here.

If you are a basic account then make sure you open Ticket Type "Special Questions- Basic Account"

That's not clear at all........it is a possibility though. In the past when I've been ghosted (which is what you are referring to) I always got the message: "You appear to already logged in, please try again in xx minutes".

A little information would help a lot.
