Me again. Ok...I could not log in with my main avatar and so i filed a ticket report. That was about 7 hours ago. My status on the report changed from "NEW" to "WORK IN PROGRESS".
Does anyone have any idea how long something like this takes to fix? ty ( |

I've had one at "new" for a few days now. I think the longest they've taken to actually close one for me is about 6 months. Many are shorter - some are pretty damn quick.
