Hello. I have had this problem for quite some time now.
I have NOT received my weekly pay on Tuesdays for over a Year.

I was wandering if I could get this fix or an explanation as to why

My guess is that you have paid the $72 premium fee or something of the sort. (o.o)

Honestly, the first moment you didn't see a L$300 stipend on the Tuesday after going premium was the moment you should have raised a fuss by raising a ticket or getting into support chat. (^_^)

Waiting a year may not be good for you... But... Start that ticket now if you want any response. And, don't hesitate to get into live chat. That's what they're there for. You paid for it. Get some service. (^_^)y
