Group IM: Error starting a new chat session

Trying to start a group IM session to advertise events for our group is always a failure. We get a message saying error starting a new chat session and then a dialogue box.
I submitted a support ticket on 11/ 26.........heard nothing yet

I submitted a support ticket on 11/ 26.........heard nothing yet Am having the same issue. Had a ticket filed since the 24th. Is it group size? Mine is around 1200, my smaller groups work fine. Did a conceirge online chat last night and a Linden did something to fix it, for a day. It was down again to night. Still no reposne to my ticket. |
