i have lost over half of my inventory, things that cost alot like my xcte bed, parrot, clothes, couple dances skins hair shoes
i sent a tricket but no reply i been trying to get help for weeks and weeks and weeks

babyfox I had 7000+ items in my inventory,i was programming a dance ball and had two invent. windows open,when i closed one invent window i lost over 2000 items I put a ticket into support yesterday at this time and it's been a whole day and no answer from them The knowledge base says it's best to get a ticket in within an hour of missing items because it would be easier for them to try and locate the problem the closer it is to when items went missing. Well that would work if they investigated tickets right away but they don't I lost a lot of expensive items too.if they don't solve it then i have to contact vendors and hope they will send me another,like my 40000L yacht I shudder to think about the amount of money in items that just went poof |
