I was given $100 by a very kind resident yesterday & uploaded a skin...today I am without both & back to square 1.
It looks as if they have been wiped from my game.
Any help on the matter?

James,
You're one of the people affected by the server rollback. They had to restore data from a backup database, so anything you built or did on Wednesday around mid-day is no longer there. What this means in your case is that the person who gave you the 100 has that 100 back again, and you'll have to acquire that texture again.

Fair, giving every account 2500 for being just online?
A. Why not pay a person? Some received 5k/10k for just logging in with 2/3 accounts...
B. The sudden 'pressing of money' probably caused the sudden drop of $LL on GOM, so Linden Labs little hush up cash is paid by the community eventually...
C. The long offline period of on Wednesday actually cost most businesspeople a lot more than the server crash... no compensation for those events though
I don't mind Linden Labs to compensate for problems. But make the compensation relative to the damage, pay people, not accounts and please think of the consequences!
