I bought something from a vendor in the game and I never received the item that I paid 1,300L for. Where can I view on the SL website the stuff I have bought in game. I went to transactions and it only shows the L's I have bought.

Transaction page

Click Community at the top of this page, Next if your not logged in you will need to do so,
Then click account on the left side of the page, Next in that list look for Transaction history,
from there you can enter the date - and search for the item.
