My avatar will not rez

For several days now when I log in, my avatar will not rez. I've cleared my cache in both places, turned down bandwidth, checked graphics, updated drivers, etc...

Any suggestions?

basically when an av doesn't rez it means one of your textures is not loading.
If a rebake, edit appearence (change something and save) doesn't help then there is one thing left (with a hit ration of nearly 100% up to now):
Turn on the advanced menu (Ctrl-Alt-D). In the advanced Menu go to
Character -> Character Test -> test female or male.
This will revert your avatar to the basic newbie avatar, all changes you made up to this point will be gone, so:
Try to save your appearance before as a new outfit or at least mark the things you have worn before.
An alternative (actually never tried this) might be to take off one piece after the other and see if you render then. For the skin, shape and texture hair you would have to replace it with another one.
