My friend's account is stuck in logged in status, but he isn't logged in. He is just showing as a ghost.

any thoughts? Could be a "stuck presence" i had that happen twice in one week,i was locked out of my account and could not log in,i went inworld with an alt and found myself. I had to contact support to get free,the second time they had to re start the sim to free me. |
