I searched the forum but couldn't find anything that can help me.

I am looking for a tool / add-on that will help me locate specific items causing lag on my sim.

I don't know if it is poses, scripts or etc causing the lag and wonder if there is a way for me to walk around the sim and measure the values of lag causing items/

Thank you so very much

hey!

depends on the source for lag - people, objects_physics, objects_scripted
you can locate scripts or collisions in your estate tools
"World - Region/Estate - Debug - GetTopScripts"

i have noticed it also depends what server your on, a simrestart can increase or decrease simperformance.

open "statisticsbar" and have a look at
timedilation, sim fps, physics fps,
time (ms)
total frametime
net time
sim time physics
sim time other
agent time
images time
script time
spare time
