every time i go to log in its coming up login failed....its really starting to annoy me as this seems to happen a lot and i have a lot of work to get done on sl. what should i do? i have already sent a ticket to sl is there anything else i can do?

Hope that you can get in. Thats really all about you can do. I have loads of work to get done on SL, well very well cant if I cant get in. LL needs to step it up big time imho.
