Hi, I have not been able to access the support portral for more than 6 months even though I been a premium member and hold land on mainland for almost 2 years now. Aside from that, today I noticed that even my group name has been messed with. My group name is "Virtual Artworks" and now it appears as "Virual Artworks"... This is very upsetting specially after being a resident for so long and spending so much time in-world daily, my group that I founded almost 2 years ago gets its name altered just like that? and I cant even access "help ticket" or "Live Help" to report the issue.
I am hoping that my post catches the attention of someone who can help resolve these issues. Thanks.

Hmm, this might have gotten more response in the Resident Answers. It's hard to tell where to put some things.
There are phone numbers to call for support. I think you should start by making a call, at least if you can do so for free. I'd do that as soon as possible
When you say you can't access the support portal, what exactly do you mean? Do you get an error message, and if so, what is it?
Do you have any proof that you didn't make a typo when you named your group? I checked your group and you are unfortunately correct that it's named Virual instead of Virtual. Maybe you have a screenshot or some kind of message in a chat log or an email to show that it was at one time named Virtual Artworks. I'm not doubting you, but if you are going to claim that it was changed, it might be good to be able to prove to support that it used to be different.
I know it is physically possible for LL to change the name of a group, though they don't want to do it on request, but it can't hurt to ask, assuming you can get the support portal problem fixed so that you can ask, even if they think it was a typo when you named the group.
Have you tried logging into support as a guest?
In case it's a problem with the browser or some kind of network problem preventing access to the support portal, you might clear your browser cache, clear your browser cookies, and turn off your router, computer, modem, etc. for a few minutes.
It is possible that there was an intentional name change as a result of a trademark violation compaint. There is a website for virtualartworks.com, and I wouldn't be surprised if there's more than one company in world with that name.
