In groups: how do landlords set land so members/tenants can set to "home"

Long title, but hopefully explanatory. My landlords, who are fantastic and very busy, would like to set their land so that members/tenants can set it to "home" but haven't found the right land settings. Is it in the land settings, the membership settings, or a combination?

I offered to post here in hopes that someone would know how to do this and I could relay the info to them.

It's a group option in the Member Rules. Your landlords will have to mark the option "Allow 'Set Home to Here' on group land" listed under Parcel Powers.

Besides, it is group land what you're refering to, isn't it?

Yes I believe so. They started a membership so that tenants could set to home, but couldn't find exactly how to do that in group settings. Thanks!
