i want to reactivate my account,but i dont know how.i see my account is frozen and i musst pay 9.95$.thats okay for me to pay.Where do I have to transfer $ 9.95 to so I will? I have payPal as account .the money should be paid but nothing happened.can anybody help me,please?

You should call billing support. They can answer your question. If you're not from the states, or don't want to call you, as a non premium member, can submit a ticket. Be sure to state its a billing issue.
